This type of claim is different from the first one because this claim is fixed in different terms and you can claim compensation with it if you lost something during the accident. In general, special damages are accountable if you have lost any money, earnings etc, during the accident. But the costs of these are high. At first; you will have to fund them, while you are in the recovery state of an accident,these are expenses to be paid because your car is being repaired. If you require a nurse or a guardian to look after you in the hospital, you can also add that to your claim. If you want to pursue a special damage claim then you will have to keep a trace of your receipts and the payments you have made.
